The product quality is satisfactory, and the registration of fingerprints and ic cards is notably easier compared to my previous similar purchase. furthermore, the fingerprint recognition speed is impressive. i highly recommend this product, and the shipping was also very prompt.

Had a problem with the plug-in lock, but it's working fine now, nice system. Just need to see how long the battery lasts. Ordered without a Wi-Fi bridge because I already had one for another product and that works for this too.

It's an excellent lock, pairing and configuration are great. Without hesitation, buy it. What I would have liked is for it to be made of metal, even if the cost was slightly higher.

This product is the best you can get for this price. Had bad experience with different type of locks regarding the fingerprint recognition. This locks recognize the fingerprint even if your hand are partially wet. Fitting and set up with the app was easy. I suggest seller for the fast shipping and good packaging. I advice you buy also the wifi to bluetooth adapter for remote access

Very good, better than expectation and easy to set up with tuya app. Although im not sure even i ordered zigbee version but when connect to my tuya hub it show as bluetooth connection. Regardless its good. It comes without battery and you will need 4 aaa battery.

I will leave a detailed review for Korean customers to refer to. The delivery arrived in 4 days. It fits perfectly on our standard household door. There are marks left on the area where it was removed, specifically on the old round handle door. Since the new one is slightly smaller, marks may remain. I recommend trying it first before ordering if there are no marks. The manual is not recommended. It's very easy once you install the app. For factory reset, there is a small hole next to the black button on the inside handle with a toothpick. Insert the toothpick there and hold it for about 5 seconds. When you hear the sound 'di di di di', remove it and set it up. If pairing fails, try resetting again. I hope it lasts long.

This is a great device for the price tag. The card reader works great. The fingerprint reader is great when you register multiple readings for single finger. The sound is a bit too loud for my liking but that was an easy fix. The app is functional and well designed.

Overall, this a great smart lock for a fraction of what you can find in the shops.

The only thing missing is certification - you cannot use this device on apartment building doors.

Takes about 0.5 seconds to load. Handle feels robust.
