Great quality lock. supports rfid, pin and fingerprint all in one lock

Fiddly to set up but they all will be. works as intended so far. integration with tuya smartlife easy just wish the instructions were in english not chinglish and larger text size on instructions would be good so i can actually read the instructions..

I'm pretty sure i ordered the no rfid version but it came supporting rfid which is nice. works well and easy to install

The lock doesn’t open with the smart button via zigbee hub :(
Once the button pressed i hear motor inside the lock but it doesn’t opened!
Fingerprint most of the time works on the second try :(
Our company rfid 125khz doesn’t recognised by the lock :(

I got a faulty lock, (the screw holes are not parallel, so i can use only 1 screw for 1 side of the lock) and the lock gas no function to work with wifi gateway as advertised

The instruction manual is written in poor english. took some time for setting up otherwise great smart lock.

It arrived, I haven't installed it yet, let's hope it works.

Delivery to Ukraine took 11 days. The quality of workmanship is acceptable, and the package includes everything needed for installation. I don't know how it works yet; I need to make some repairs and buy a door first in order to install it.
